Counterfeit gift certificates seized

One man is facing charges for allegedly passing forged gift certificates at Orchard Park Mall. Nearly $6,000 in counterfeit Orchard Park Mall gift certificates were seized by Kelowna RCMP Monday after they caught one of two men suspected in passing the fake certificates at mall merchants.

Woman injured in drug deal gone bad

A drug deal gone bad has sent a Central Okanagan woman to hospital. Just before 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, a 47-year-old Kelowna woman was engaged in a drug transaction involving a blue and white Chev Blazer.
